Summary

The Carotid Plaque-Reporting and Data System (RADS) shows substantial inter-reader agreement among experienced readers for assessing carotid atherosclerosis via computed tomography angiography (CTA). A learning curve exists for beginners, but consistency improves with experience, ensuring reproducible data.
