Physical activity and diet pattern do not mitigate C-reactive protein increases associated with oral contraceptive

Oral contraceptive (OC) use is linked to elevated C-reactive protein (CRP), indicating systemic inflammation. While physical activity (PA) and a low dietary inflammatory index (DII) help reduce CRP in non-users, they do not mitigate these elevations in OC users.
