Background:

  • Rathke's cleft cysts (RCCs) are rare, non-neoplastic sellar lesions.
  • Management varies from conservative observation to surgical intervention based on symptoms.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate correlations between clinical, radiological, and histological features of RCCs.
  • To propose a novel management model for RCCs.

Main Methods:

  • Retrospective analysis of 20 patients undergoing surgery for RCCs between 2013-2023.
  • Correlation of clinical presentation, MRI findings (T1 hyperintensity), and histopathology with outcomes.
