  • To evaluate the effectiveness of corticosteroid injections (CSI) for managing lacertus syndrome symptoms.

  • Retrospective review of 64 patients with lacertus syndrome treated with lacertus CSI (2016-2021).
  • Data collected included demographics, history, physical exam findings, and outcomes like symptom improvement and need for surgery.

Main Results:

  • 75% of patients reported subjective symptom improvement after CSI.
  • Weakness in index FDP (50), FPL (42), and FCR (23) muscles were common findings.
