Lipid Dominant Toxic Tumor Syndrome

Lipid-dominant toxic tumor syndrome (TTS) after radiation for choroidal melanoma can be treated with intravitreal steroids, improving vision. This chronic variant of TTS shows positive response to steroids, potentially avoiding enucleation.
