Abstract:
Telehealth, telemedicine, telecare, tele-expertise - these are just some of the terms used to describe the intervention of healthcare professionals at a distance. Sometimes it's hard to keep track. Also known as "e-health" or "digital health", telehealth encompasses all areas (care, consultation, etc.) where information and communication technologies are used in the service of health. Nurses are fully involved. This article provides an overview of the various terms and regulations concerning nurses.
