  • Atrial fibrillation, estimated glomerular filtration rate, and diabetes mellitus are key predictors of poor outcomes in infratentorial strokes.
  • Neurological deficit severity (NIHSS) and age are the primary predictors of poor outcomes in supratentorial strokes.
