Laparoscopic sacral hysteropexy (LSHP) is a safe uterus-sparing surgery for pelvic organ prolapse (POP) in women desiring future pregnancy. Pregnancy did not significantly impact POP recurrence after LSHP, supporting its use for fertility preservation.
