Aficamten combined with disopyramide safely improved obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM) symptoms and obstruction. Disopyramide withdrawal did not affect aficamten efficacy, suggesting it can be discontinued in oHCM patients on aficamten.
