Moebius-plus: a severe congenital multiple cranial neuropathy syndrome

We identified a severe Moebius syndrome variant, termed Moebius-plus syndrome, in a child with multiple cranial neuropathies, septo-optic dysplasia, hypopituitarism, and autism features. This highlights the need for comprehensive, multidisciplinary care in complex cases.
