Abstract
None:
Peritoneal lymphomatosis is an extremely rare presentation of lymphoma, and Burkitt lymphoma is one of the infrequent types to present as peritoneal lymphomatosis. We report a case of Burkitt lymphoma in a 7-year-old child, with diffuse involvement of the omentum and peritoneum, with a homogenous mass in the abdomen along with ascites and bilateral hydronephrosis. Cytological examination of ascitic fluid, along with flow cytometry immunophenotyping, was used to confirm the diagnosis.
