Primary Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma with DEK::AFF2 Fusion: The First Case Report

This study reports the first case of DEK::AFF2 fusion squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) in the larynx. This rare cancer subtype, previously found in other head and neck areas, highlights the need for broader diagnostic considerations.
