Abstract:
The accuracy of temperature measurement devices can impact the operational reliability of transformers. This paper investigates transformer digital intelligent temperature sensing method to achieve precise evaluation of the accuracy of temperature measurement devices and their timely detection of potential faults, ultimately ensuring the safe operation of transformers. The design scheme includes four modules: signal acquisition, digital evaluation, remote output, and power supply, with each module's optimal solution determined by comparative analysis. Specifically, the remote transmission sensor in the signal acquisition module is identified as a PT100 resistance thermometer; the pointer sensor is a magnetic angle sensor. The digital evaluation method employed is the cross-comparison method, with a microcontroller serving as the control device, Bluetooth as the remote transmission method, and power supply as an external support. Finally, the results of practical testing and type testing confirm the accuracy and reliability of the transformer digital intelligent temperature sensing method that based on digital evaluation method.

Glass-bulb Thermometer:
Glass-bulb thermometers are hollow glass tubes with a bulb tip containing liquid such as ethanol or mercury. Historically, glass bulb mercury thermometers were the standard device to measure body temperature. Today, mercury thermometers are prohibited in many countries due to the hazardous effects of mercury and the risk of exposure if the glass bulb breaks. In general,...
