Ear-canal lavage for curing noninvasive otomycosis: A randomized controlled trial

Ear canal lavage and local antifungal treatments are effective for otomycosis (fungal ear infections). This study found no significant difference in cure rates between irrigation alone and irrigation plus local drug treatment for otomycosis.
