Prenatal social disadvantage impacts emerging executive function (EF) in children. Neonatal white matter (WM) microstructure is also linked to EF, regardless of prenatal adversity levels.

- No significant moderation or mediation effects were found for WM microstructure in the relationship between PSD and EF. rs-fc findings were not significant after correction.
