Human Cytomegalovirus Antigen Presentation by HLA-G in Infected Cells

This study reveals that Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA)-G can present viral peptides from human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in infected cells. However, these peptides do not elicit HLA-G restricted CD8+ T cell responses or modulate NK cell functions.
