Summary

Salvage endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) effectively treats previously attempted colorectal lesions (PACLs), achieving high en bloc and R0 resection rates. Adverse events were infrequent and manageable, demonstrating the safety of this expert-performed procedure.
