Summary

Tibetan tea extract (TTE) alleviates sleep deprivation-induced intestinal inflammation by reducing oxidative stress and restoring gut barrier function. TTE also positively modulates gut microbiota and metabolic disturbances, suggesting its therapeutic potential.
