Abstract:
Two previously unreported C19-diterpenoid alkaloids, bonvalotizines A and B (1-2), together with fourteen previously identified compounds (3-16) were obtained from the plant of Delphinium potaninii var. bonvalotii (Franch.) W.T. Wang. Structural characterisation of the new compounds was achieved through spectroscopic analysis, including NMR (1D and 2D), HR-ESI-MS, and IR techniques. Biological evaluation revealed that none of the isolated compounds exhibited notable suppression of NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages induced with lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
