Summary

Left ventricular aneurysm (LVA) repair using left anterior thoracotomy is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgical option. This technique, often combined with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and mitral valve (MV) surgery, shows promising results with low complication rates.
