Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) may play a role in immunoglobulin A vasculitis (IgAV). Elevated serum cell-free DNA (cf-DNA) and urine citrullinated histone H3 (cit-H3) indicate potential NETosis involvement in active IgAV disease phases.
