[Colony-forming ability of lymph node fibroblasts in patients with malignant lymphomas]

Determination of the efficiency of fibroblasts' colony-formation in patients with Hodgkin's disease, non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphomas and reactive lymphoid hyperplasia reveals that the colony-forming ability of fibroblasts does not depend on the nature of the pathological process, but depends on the morphofunctional status of the lymphoid tissue. It is found that single determination of fibroblasts colony-formation efficiency cannot be used as a prognostic feature for determination of the further course and outcome of the disease.
