Near-infrared electrochemiluminescence from S,N-doped carbon dots and their application for ultrasensitive DNA
Abstract:
We synthesized a novel S,N-doped near-infrared (NIR)-carbon dot emitter with intense 650 nm electrochemiluminescence (ECL). Integrated into a DNA tetrahedron nanoswitch with Bi2S3-Au nanorod acceptors, target DNA hybridization modulates ECL resonance energy transfer for femtomolar detection.
