Four new phenylpropanoid glucosides from Artemisia annua L

Four new phenylpropanoid glycosides (1-4) have been successfully isolated from Artemisia annua L. The structures of these new compounds were characterised using a combination of spectroscopic techniques, including 1D and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and IR, along with chemical methods. Furthermore, the anti-inflammatory activity of these compounds was assessed by evaluating their effects on interleukin-6 (IL-6) production.
