Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH), severe lumbar degenerative disease (LDD), elevated body mass index (BMI), and diabetes are key risk factors for super elevated bone mass (SEBM). Modified criteria were used to exclude osteoporosis and osteopenia from EBM.
