Background:

  • A cohort of 75 participants was classified into normal, mild, moderate, and severe OSAS groups based on polysomnography.

  • SCUBE-1 may serve as a valuable biomarker for profiling endothelial dysfunction in OSAS patients.
  • SCUBE-1 can aid in identifying vascular changes and facilitating early interventions in OSAS.
