Gastritis is the inflammation of the gastric mucosa, which requires histological confirmation for diagnosis. The most common cause is Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. We present two cases of gastritis with uncommon etiologies. In both cases, endoscopic findings were nonspecific, and histology was essential for reaching a diagnosis.
