The Fibrinogen-Systemic Inflammation Response Index (F-SIRI) effectively predicts all-cause mortality in chronic heart failure (CHF) patients. However, it shows limited value for predicting major adverse cardiac and cerebral events (MACCEs) or cardiovascular death in this population.
