Summary

Diffusion tensor image analysis along the perivascular space (DTI-ALPS) revealed impaired glymphatic function in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients. Lower DTI-ALPS index correlated with increased disability and disease duration in RRMS.
