    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of nebulized amoxicillin in patients with bronchiectasis.
    • To determine if local delivery of amoxicillin improves outcomes compared to oral administration.

    • Six patients with bronchiectasis received nebulized amoxicillin (500 mg twice daily) for four months.
    • Sputum purulence, volume, and peak expired flow rate were assessed.
