Abstract:
In order to achieve rapid and sensitive detection of clenbuterol (CLB) and ractopamine (RAC) in meat foods and ensure food safety, a magnetic nano-organic polymer (Fe3O4@SiO2@DVB-PSSNa) with π-π interaction, hydrogen bonding, and cation-exchange properties was synthesized for magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) of CLB and RAC in pork. Coupled with a 96-well visual protein microarray chip, the method achieved LOD of 0.08 μg/kg (CLB) and 0.05 μg/kg (RAC), with recoveries of 87.4-101.9% (CLB) and 86.0-96.7% (RAC). The data indicates that the magnetic adsorbent demonstrates high efficiency in the enrichment and separation of analytes from complex substrates, suggesting its potential for routine rapid monitoring when integrated with visual protein microarray chips.
