Summary

This case study shows that combining cardiac contractility modulation (CCM) and extravascular implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (EV-ICD) is safe and feasible for heart failure (HF) patients. Strategic device placement and programming ensure independent function and improved HF symptoms.
