Ceftriaxone-Induced Pancytopenia: A Case Report

Ceftriaxone, a common antibiotic, can rarely cause pancytopenia (low blood counts). Prompt drug withdrawal and supportive care led to recovery, highlighting the need for vigilance with antibiotic-induced cytopenias.
