Abstract:
Attana has developed a high-class quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) technology that allows to measure the kinetics of molecular interactions. The technology is versatile, allowing biochemical, cell-based, and tissue-based assays using any kind of biological fluid and measuring in real time and label-free. Here, we present the methods to study the molecular interactions of analytes in cell-based assays (both adherent and suspension cells), where the objective is to provide more biologically relevant and highly informative data than obtained in biochemical assays using purified molecules.
