The INSPIRIS RESILIA bioprosthesis and AVALUS bioprosthesis show similar survival and major adverse cardiovascular event rates after aortic valve replacement. Both bioprosthetic valves offer comparable early and midterm clinical outcomes in patients undergoing AVR.
