Abstract:
Digital technologies continue to change current workflows within implant dentistry. This clinical report describes the use of photogrammetry and a same day 3-dimensional printing protocol to deliver an immediately loaded FP-1 interim fixed implant prosthesis to the maxilla of a patient with amelogenesis imperfecta. This workflow streamlined the laboratory and conversion phase of treatment, leading to overall patient satisfaction and a predictable result in a timely manner.
