Summary

Rotational thromboelastometry (ROTEM) can aid in managing obstetric anesthesia for patients with Factor XI (FXI) deficiency. This case study shows safe spinal anesthesia for Cesarean delivery in a patient with moderate FXI deficiency, supported by ROTEM findings.
