[Congenital superior mesenteric arteriovenous malformations].

    Summary

    A rare congenital arteriovenous aneurysm of the superior mesenteric artery was found incidentally. Surgical resection of the affected mesentery and intestine is the recommended treatment for this vascular lesion.
