Background:

Steatocystoma multiplex is a rare genetic disorder presenting as multiple cutaneous cysts.
It typically manifests in adolescents and young adults with numerous, small, yellowish papules or nodules.

Purpose of the Study:

To report a case of steatocystoma multiplex in a 26-year-old male with frontal region localization.
To describe the surgical management and outcomes of this rare condition.

Main Methods:

A 26-year-old male with multiple papuloid nodules on the forehead underwent surgical excision.
The procedure utilized local infiltration anesthesia and aesthetic suturing techniques.
Postoperative care involved standard suture management and removal.

Main Results:

The surgical excision successfully removed the steatocystoma multiplex lesions.
At the 3-month follow-up, there was no evidence of disease recurrence.
Minimal residual scarring was noted, and the cosmetic outcome was satisfactory for the patient.

Conclusions:

Surgical excision is an effective treatment for localized steatocystoma multiplex.
Aesthetic suturing techniques can optimize cosmetic results in managing this condition.
Steatocystoma multiplex can be managed effectively with a low risk of recurrence and good cosmetic outcomes.
