Abstract:
Graduate nursing faculty understand how challenging it is to find suitable clinical placements for students, a task exacerbated by the pandemic. By collaborating and building relationships with clinical partners, a graduate nursing program developed innovative and sustainable strategies to help faculty overcome clinical placement challenges, ensuring that students secured quality practicum experiences.
