Summary

Ultrasonic and Sonic irrigation techniques effectively remove biofilm-mimicking hydrogel (BMH) from simulated root canals, showing superior performance compared to Diode Laser and XP-Finisher. While Diode Laser and Ultrasonic methods caused the highest temperature increases, this did not significantly impact cleaning efficacy.
