PPARgamma Modulates CD4+ T-Cell Differentiation and Allergic Inflammation in Allergic Rhinitis: A Potential

Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARgamma) regulates T-cell subsets in allergic rhinitis (AR). PPARgamma agonists may treat AR by boosting regulatory T-cells (Tregs) and reducing inflammatory T-helper cells.
