Mechanical Versus Biological Bentall Procedure: A Propensity-Score Matching Analysis of 548 Consecutive Patients

The Bentall procedure offers good survival for aortic disease. Mechanical conduits show similar survival but fewer reinterventions compared to biological conduits in Bentall operations.
