Summary

Higher nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2-like 2 (NRF2) gene expression in healthcare workers correlated with reduced SARS-CoV-2 infection and better sleep quality. This suggests NRF2 may play a role in COVID-19 resistance and vaccine efficacy.

  • Sleep quality appears to be linked with NRF2 expression and potentially SARS-CoV-2 resistance.
