Abstract:
A 4-year-old girl developed fat atrophy in her forehead 1 month after a single intratrochlear triamcinolone injection. The fat atrophy resolved spontaneously within 1 year. Pediatric ophthalmologists should be aware that fat atrophy is a risk of intratrochlear steroid injections for management of acute Brown syndrome.
