Abstract:
Prototheca bovis is a causative agent of bovine mastitis, which is often refractory to treatment and can lead to substantial economic losses in the dairy industry worldwide. This study presents the draft genome sequence of strain P18 isolated in Japan as a reference for Japanese P. bovis isolates.
