Constructing heterostructures can endow materials with fascinating properties in high-speed electronics, optoelectronics, and other applications. However, rational design and controllable synthesis of micro- and nanostructured heterostructured composites with high-speed properties remains a great challenge. Herein, a flower-like micronanostructured SnS/SnO2 heterojunction composite is reported in this paper. The heterostructure was synthesized by the solvothermal method in one step and was self-assembled from nanosheets. It is shown that the molar ratio of SnS to SnO2 has a great influence on the material's morphological structure, light absorption range, and charge transfer efficiency. When the molar ratio of S to Sn is 0.1:1, the products obtained show the optimum in terms of light absorption properties and carrier mobility. After 120 min of visible light irradiation, the degradation rate reached ∼70% and showed good photocatalytic stability.
