Dexamethasone desensitization in type III hypersensitivity reaction and multiple myeloma

This case report details the first successful dexamethasone desensitization in a multiple myeloma patient experiencing type III hypersensitivity vasculitis. This approach enabled continued treatment with dexamethasone, a crucial therapy for multiple myeloma.
