Newer cereblon-binding immunomodulators (CBIs), golcadomide and iberdomide, show greater effectiveness against aggressive lymphomas like primary effusion lymphoma (PEL) and Burkitt lymphoma (BL) compared to pomalidomide. These novel CBIs enhance immune cell recognition and are promising for clinical investigation.
