• To map the clinical pathways used for adult hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasties.
• To identify and map the indicators and measurement tools used to evaluate the effectiveness of these clinical pathways.

Main Methods:

• A comprehensive scoping review following JBI methodology.
• Extensive literature search across major databases (PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Library) and gray literature.
• Inclusion of studies of any type in English, Portuguese, or Spanish, with no date restrictions; data synthesis through narrative and tabular formats.
